Initial phone assessment

The initial phone assessment will take around 30 minutes to complete. You can tell us which day(s) of the week would be best to call you on. You don’t need to do anything, we will call you. If you book by telephone, the team can conduct your assessment with you during your initial contact.

Group sessions

You will join 14 interactive group sessions led by our qualified coaches. You’ll have the chance to engage with others, all with the goal of reducing the risk of developing 2 type diabetes. Simply select the group that works best for you.
