The group-based programme has four stages:

Initial assessment, 6 fortnightly group sessions, 7 monthly group sessions, End of programme review. 

Outcomes:

70% reduce HbA1c to a healthy range, 80% of those overweight reduce their weight.

Go digital

One-to-one coaching through an app, wherever you are.

  • Your own dedicated health coach.
  • Works on Android and iPhone.

  • Personalised support from a dedicated health coach over 9 months, via Oviva’s NHS Digital approved app.
  • Entirely remote, with lifetime access to psychological and nutritional advice on the app.

The digital programme has 3 stages:

Start (initial consultation and action plan), Change (12 weeks of coach-supported behaviour change), Sustain (support and self-tracking for 6 months).

Weekly webinars run by our Health Coaches are also available throughout.

Requires: Android or Apple device (iPhone needs iOS 17+ for full functionality). 

Remote tailored groups

Live online group sessions, with language and access support.

  • Flexible access support, including language and translation options.
  • Runs on Microsoft Teams from anywhere with an internet connection.

  • Tailored groups available, including BSL interpreters, visual/hearing support, language support and groups for women with a history of gestational diabetes.
  • Live coach-led sessions on Microsoft Teams, covering nutrition, activity and strategies for long-term progress.
